Underground Cutz is a place that makes every one of its guests feel at home. Cesar always had a passion for cutting hair and serving his local community. After graduating from cosmetology school he finally created Underground Cutz where he can align both of his passions and help all the men that are struggling to find a place to get a fresh cut. Since 2015, Underground Cutz has served as the premier barbershop and the go-to place for all the men to get a cut in the local area.
